THE PROBLEM‍
Through their services are top of their field, emlovz's website and branding did not tell the correct story to their clients. Their site was too sterile and impersonal for being a dating coaching service. The hierarchy was disjointed and there were many conflicting CTAs. There were over 100 pages on the site, leaving the user overwhelmed and confused.

‍BRANDING REFRESH‍

To begin, their branding needed to be expanded to showcase the warmth of their content and give opportunity for more color and contrast throughout. I sourced inspiration images, stock photos, and added more blues and a contrasting yellow to their color palette.

UI/UX DESIGN
I planned out the user experience through the site, working on clarifying the structure, and simplifying the menu through site maps and wire framing.

WEBSITE CONCEPTS
I expanded the concepts from the moodboards into three distinct directions - hand drawn elements, bold shapes and graphics, and warm gradients. Giving the client multiple options to take the design of their website.

‍WEBSITE DESIGN
Using hand drawn elements, rounded corners, and more photography I added warmth to the site. I gave emlovz credibility by moving their press mentions to above the fold. I expanded this design into their articles, which number close to 1,000 and created a streamlined user experience with the addition of filters and sorting.

Ensuring the design works across platforms, I created a mobile version, that kept the engaging style and animations of the desktop design.

FINAL RESULT
The final website design allowed for the story of finding love to take center stage and the many valuable services of emlovz to shine.

Since launching the website, emlovz has had an increase of 10k site traffic and a 20% increase in client onboarding calls. Their clients have praised story telling on the site, saying the highlighted success stories really helped them feel confident in hiring emlovz.
